Do I need to bring anything with me?

We provide towels, robes, slippers, and all products needed for your treatment. You only need to bring swimwear . we do provide disposable also men and women pants only , modesty towels optional also . Refreshments water available Hairdryer, if there is time available

Is the Hammam suitable for all skin types?


Yes. The natural ingredients used (black soap, rhassoul clay, argan oil) are gentle and suitable for all skin types. If you have sensitivities, please let us know. Eczema psoriasis, extreme dry skin eczema is highly recommended to try.

How do I book a session?

You can book online through our booking system, email , by phone, or in-person at the spa if in available.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least a few days in advance, especially for weekends and evenings.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made within 3 hours may incur a fee. 48 hour cancellation policy 10% I keep so 90% refund. They’ve got to cancel through email or move date If it’s a business cancellation is 100% refund or move date.

Is the treatment done privately or in a group?

We offer both private sessions and shared experiences (for couples or friends). You can choose what suits you best. (I think I can probably hold around eight max but that would be like a day booking)

Can pregnant women have a Hammam treatment?

Some aspects of the Hammam (like high heat) may not be suitable during pregnancy. Please consult your doctor first and let us know so we can adapt the experience

Is the Hammam suitable for people with health conditions?

If you have heart issues, skin conditions, or respiratory concerns, please speak with your doctor before booking and notify our therapists

What products do you use?

We use authentic Moroccan black soap, rhassoul clay, kessa exfoliating gloves, and argan-based oils sourced from Morocco.

Do you have couples or group packages?

We offer romantic couples Hammam rituals and group bookings for special occasions. Advance booking recommended.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes! Gift vouchers are available online and in-store—perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or pampering treats.
